I just heard that NSAV feels the plaintiffs counsel is negotiating in very bad faith. Not sure of details but one scenario is Vik wants total control of NSAV delivered first and once they have that, then and only then, will they begin to negotiate terms of a settlement. Seems like they want control and no release of any part of the absurdly priced judgement. These actions, the rhetoric, tortiously interfering 3rd parties, and the unethical legal behavior of counsel, may be forcing NSAV into BK. This is not fud or a ploy, this is simply giving you the opportunity to make decisions before the decisions are taken away from you by the court.

Thank you. I have 700K shares now. Lost much already and pulled out millions. May I ask you to please keep informed.
Everything they've worked towards I researched and appeared good moves. However, egotistical and greedy management ruins company profits. If they found a way to work together the company image would not be tarnished for the future and everyone would regain profits, quickly.
Time is money. They are wasting my TIME and my money based on their stupid egos.
Right now if increased and gained some of my money back then I would say BYE and not return.
Having an Excellent Management coordinated Team that does not surf by on their egos, is most important. Their management team has now scared future investors off for a long time.
I don't trust their management team and that is huge for investors. Who wants to waste their time on this 'DRAMA' hogwash. Life is too short. There are too many crypto related making me profits that have good, solid, management.
NSAV image is now ruined for life. Most companies can recover from a lawsuit, quickly. But, when you see the management egos "drama" drag on and not resolved properly, then it's a bad money decision, all the way around.
Even if a good product, no-one would ever trust NSAV management if they don't find a way to work through their egos AND move forward thinking of their investors first before their egos.
Their actions are proof that their investors are STUCKY. NOT a GOOD MANAGEMENT TEAM TO CONSIDER FUTURE INVESTMENTS WITH. BAD COMPANY IMAGE.
"The people make the company." Their image will be tarnished for LIFE if don't work this out for the benefit of their INVESTORS. No investors would ever trust again due to egotistical poor management.
If I can get some money back can't wait to say "good ridden" you stupid management people. Vik has only tarnished himself by not negotiating. All for his own greed. I would not trust to invest with him. There are always ways to negotiate a good deal for the benefit of the company and the INVESTORS, if not an egotistical jerk that does not care about his investors.
Always a way to NEGOTIATE a deal. Never seen it NOT done before. Vik ego is too big and scaring investors off.
